Steve's Bus Service is operated by S&F Transportation LLC. Quote requests are sent to the company for review; the team confirms route eligibility, vehicle availability, and pricing in its response.
These are the places we talk about on the site. A quote is still required. Nothing here is a promise that a date is open.
Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, and any trip that leaves the local area are not listed as served. Cross-jurisdiction and out-of-area trips are not advertised. Request one and the quote will say yes or no.
No reviews are published here yet. We will add Google reviews only after the Business Profile has real ones. We don't write testimonials.
There is no lead time printed on this site. Share the date in the quote form. Weekends and school days fill up, so earlier is easier. We will tell you if a vehicle is open.
We don't publish a minimum or a rate. The written quote states the time and the price.
If a school needs vendor paperwork, say so on the quote form. We will tell you which documents we can send. This site does not claim a place on any school district's approved-vendor list.
A driver and the vehicle you book. Extra stops, wait time, a certificate of insurance, or a W-9 are requests on the form, not promises, until they appear on the quote. Onboard amenities are confirmed per vehicle in the quote. They are not listed here.
If a deposit applies, the amount and the timing are on the quote. We don't publish a deposit figure.
The Suburban is the black car for a small group, about 1–6 people, including airport runs and hourly as-directed trips. Choose the 15-passenger shuttle for up to 15 people and the 25-passenger shuttle for up to 25. The quote form suggests a vehicle from your passenger count, and you can change it.
